Return & Refund Policy

Things you should know


We do accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns Policy:

Our return policy lasts 30 days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To return your product email us at You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; and/or
  • Any item you simply don't want anymore.


We will only refund/exchange your product if Cush Clothing have made a mistake with sizing or have no available stock. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item/s over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds Policy: (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will applied to your chosen bank. If then you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again.  You may be required to contact your financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is in your bank account as available funds. If you’ve completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
